The Studio Policies


How do I register for a class or seminar?

Call us at (303) 673-9994, or register online.

Full payment is due prior to enrollment in a class or seminar.

We prefer that you pay either by PayPal or calling our office with a credit card. PayPal and the Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  We also accept personal and company checks.  If you choose to pay by check and your check is not paid on presentment, you agree to pay a charge of $20, or any higher amount allowed by law, and we may electronically debit or draft your account for this charge. Also, if your check is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, your check may be electronically re-presented for payment.

Where are your offices located?

The Studio is located in old town Lafayette at
808 S. Public Rd. (right across from Great Western Bank).  The parking lot is located behind the building (the turn-in is just to the North of the building).

Where do I go for class once I arrive at the studio?

We are located on the first floor.  Enter the building from the parking lot (so, technically, this is the back door).  Please note that the front door to the building is typically locked after 5:30 p.m.  The studio is in suite #102 (first door on your left as you enter the building from the back door).

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to get signed in and seated.  If you happen to arrive late, please join the class in progress as quietly as possible.

Attendee Cancellations / No Shows

You must notify the Studio directly if you need to cancel a class. You can contact us at (303) 673-9994 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (or leave a voice message containing your name, the name of the class and the date of the class). The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify us regarding your cancellation.  No shows will result in a charge of the full fee.  A $50 fee per class will be charged if you cancel five or fewer business days prior to the start of your class. A full refund will be granted if you cancel within six or more business days prior to your class start date. In lieu of the full refund, you may elect to take a different class, or the same class at a future date (within one year of the date of the originally scheduled class).
 
The Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment at any time. In the event a cancellation occurs, you will be contacted by our office. For questions about this policy please contact us.

Multi-Class Discounts

We offer discounts when you register for multiple classes or seminars at the same time. Please call our office if you plan to register for multiple classes or seminars.

Non-Profit and Senior Discounts

Employees of non-profit organizations and senior citizens get a discount on all classes and seminars. Please call our office to inquire about the discount, or to register for a class.

In Case of Inclement Weather

Please call us at (303) 673-9994 after 8:30 a.m. for closure information. Our outgoing voice message will be an alternate greeting that states the current date and whether the studio is closed for that particular day's class. If the studio has lost power there will be no greeting and callers can assume that the studio is closed.

Is there free parking at the Studio?

Yes - Free parking is available behind our building.

What should I bring to the Studio?

We will provide: courseware, highlighters and pens.  Please bring a notepad if you think you will need this also.

How should I dress for the Studio? 

Please dress casually!  Our goal in the Studio is to make your learning experience as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Does the Studio provide drinks?

Of course!  We provide bottled water, coffee, teas and soft drinks.  We ask that you do not bring food because our computer keyboards do not like food.  Please try to eat before you arrive at the Studio.

Can the Studio customize a class for my team?

Absolutely!  We will work with you to determine the training you need to accomplish your business goals and coordinate a program that fits your schedule. Is one-on-one training available by a Studio trainer at my home or office location?

Sure!  Contact us today regarding your needs.

Classroom Rental

The Studio classroom is available for rental Monday through Friday after 5:30 p.m. and also on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Please call the Studio for more information.
