Susan Bateman is the owner of the local CMIT Solutions. CMIT is the premiere national IT support, troubleshooting and training franchise. Susan earned her B.S. degree in Environmental Health, and later an M.S. in Management, Computing & Systems. After 25 years of working for others in various high tech capacities, Susan left IBM to start her own business by purchasing CMIT 6 years ago.

Lisa Chinnery has been a part-time trainer for CMIT Solutions for 4+ years. She has a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz and over 14 years of experience using and training Microsoft Office products. Lisa has extensive hands-on experience (15 years) using MS Outlook software in a business and personal setting, including contact template customization, automated emails, using Outlook features over  an exchange network and as an individual.  In addition to be part of the CMIT team, Lisa works full-time for a national non-profit student exchange organization where she utilizes the functionality of Outlook and other Microsoft Office software daily.

Melissa Dunning, principal of Megalo, provides CMIT's MS Access training classes. Melissa is a database consultant who specializes in helping small-to-medium sized businesses use the appropriate technology to organize and streamline their businesses – with the ultimate goal of creating more profit in the business. By establishing her own company in 1978, Melissa has had the opportunity to help a lot of different businesses with a lot of different technologies, and has created a remarkable number of databases to drive those businesses’ profitability. With a Masters Degree in Statistics, she is always eager to use her data mining skills to help her customers learn more about their customers, their business and their opportunities to be successful. In spite of all of this education and experience, Melissa is still capable of communicating with humans and prides herself on her ability to create databases with a human face and a “fun” personality!

Erin O'Dowd has worked for CMIT for 2+ years.  When you call the CMIT office, Erin is most likely the person who will answer your phone call.  Erin is an avid Google user and the trainer for all the Google classes.

Liz Ryan is a Human Resources expert focused on the new-millennium workplace. Liz is a former Fortune 500 Human Resources executive, a syndicated columnist and a sought-after keynote speaker.  Liz's organization, Ask Liz Ryan, provides consulting and training services to organizations in the area of attracting, retaining and mobilizing talent in the virtual, diverse, global and connected workplace.

Dorsi Smith is owner of NEA (Never Ending Alternatives) Company in Ft. Collins. Do you sit in your office thinking "There has GOT to be a better way" or "What IS the way"?
